Contents of a notice

• Name, mailing address, phone number and email of the sender.
• A description of the copyrighted work.
• The address of the candyaishorts.live page that shows the material.
• A good-faith statement that neither the owner, an agent nor the law has authorized the use.
• A sworn statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the details are accurate and that the sender owns the work or acts for its owner.
• The sender's signature, on paper or typed.

Handling

Complete notices are read. If one is valid, the material it names is removed or disabled. If a removal looks like a mistake, the page owner can answer with a counter-notice. It needs the page address, a good-faith statement and contact details.
