Room 742

The premise of Room 742: one room, two guests, no answers

A long day of travel ends at a hotel door. The woman at the center of Room 742 swipes her keycard, the lock opens, and a man is standing inside. She calls the front desk, which cannot move her. The Candy Shorts tags, wife and taboo, come from what follows. Past the second episode, a knock brings the stranger's wife, who says she picked the guest herself.

With one hotel room and a tiny cast, this Candy Shorts title plays like a stage piece. All the characters are adults, strangers thrown together by a hotel's error.

Room 742, episodes 1 and 2: a silent roommate

The first two episodes run 60 and 55 seconds. Episode 1 plays without an account. Episode 2 unlocks with a free registration using an email address, and no payment is involved.

Episode 1: the door that should have been hers

The traveler insists the room is hers and shows the keycard that opened it. A call to the desk brings no relief, since no other room is free, and the man stays silent throughout. She mentions twelve hours in the same clothes and announces she will change, warning him not to be weird. Her last words to him are a question: will he really just stand there?

Episode 2: the nickname

The conversation stays one-sided: she scolds him for staying quiet, then takes another call. It ends with the two of them stuck in the room together. She asks what he wants and what his name is. Silence is the answer, so she invents a pet name for him and waits. Whether he reacts is left for the paid episodes, so the cliffhanger sits on that unanswered tease.

How explicit is Room 742?

Late Show, level 3 of 5. The nudity and sex scenes come in brief or partly obscured views, since the odd setup drives the story on Candy Shorts. The nudity guide sets out the full scale.

What does Room 742 cost to finish?

The three paid episodes, 3 to 5, are priced at 12 tokens apiece: 36 tokens, plus Premium. Premium for one month: $13.99 in the US in October 2026, with 100 tokens bundled in. That covers the finale and leaves 64 tokens. Unspent tokens roll over, and a 100-token pack starts at $9.99.

Lodge 69 Was Double Booked asks the same 36 tokens over five episodes. Its Candy Shorts mix-up involves two couples in a mountain cabin. Room 742 keeps to one traveler, one stranger and, later, one visitor at the door.

Where to stream Room 742 on Candy.ai

The official home is Candy.ai, in a browser or its own app. Pages promising a free stream of all five episodes are scams. A "leaked" copy is bait too, with fake players, payment forms posed as age verification and APK downloads. An AI-made series has no private footage that could leak. Room 742 is released on Candy Shorts and nowhere else.

Program note. For viewers who like a closed set, a minimal cast and a long game of waiting. It airs late in the evening, spicy but story-led. Finishing costs 36 tokens on top of Premium. That is a modest bill for five brief Candy Shorts episodes, with two to sample first.
